In reading thru your info most of my questions have been answered. I Am Excited to put it mildly ! I’ve only had two really lucid/vivid dreams in my life, I can remember them perfectly as if yesterday. Have always looked forward to the day when it would happen again. If this comes close I’ll be happy. Now for my suggestion or comments, will the cover be washable & the strap adjustable. I wear a mask every night & they can get grungy & if you wash them the straps get all tangled up. I really think I would male the strap replaceable as they have a tendency to loose elasticity over time. let me know what you think & good luck am now going to order.

I’m at 0.3 at the moment, but it looks like I may need to tweak the y-axis jerk settings in my marlin firmware. After re-aligning all my axis I was able to isolate most of the layer misalignment to my y, and its an issue that other people are having in the google groups. Haven’t had a chance to see if this is the solution as the mendelmax is hibernating until we launch our imminent kickstarter.

Looks good! FYI if you increase the wall thickness of your parts you might get a more consistent surface. Depending on what your print resolution is you might need to bump up to 0.04″ minimum, or try 0.03″
